Jack Nedlin              

Jack Nedlin is a pioneer in the HVAC/Mechanical field and is Head of our HVAC/ Mechanical Department.

When Jack joined our team in 2000, he brought with him over 45 years of experience.

Jack maintains daily communications with our architectural and developer clients. He is a project manager as well as cost estimator, specification writer and developer of various smoke control systems. Jack oversees each project to ensure that from it’s Conceptual Design to the final Certificate of Occupancy our team has efficiently and effectively done it’s job.

Most recently Jack has become very involved with promoting LEED certification for many of our current projects.
